Live Harp Lesson 43 – How to make sure you bend your thumbs?

with No Comments

In the previous episode I was talking about how to practise keeping your thumbs high when playing the harp (as well as reasons why you would like to do it).

This episode is answering a question from a listener, who wanted to know…

…how to make sure thumbs actually ‘bend’ over index finger? I tend to push my thumb over the finger but it stays straight on top of the finger, before bouncing back up straight again.

Today I’ll share with you three tips on how to achieve this. In the PDF you will also find some exercises that will help you practise bending the thumbs.
